SECTION 14 – 9PURPLE INSIGHT DIGITAL SERVICES

9Purple Insight provides digital Four Pillars / BaZi profiles and personalized interpretive readings, including Focused Readings and the Complete Insight Dossier. These services are modern interpretations of a traditional Chinese system for personal reflection and cultural exploration.

9Purple Insight does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice and does not make scientifically validated predictions about future events, health, relationships, career outcomes, wealth, or other life outcomes. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

The quality and relevance of a reading depend on the birth information you submit. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your date of birth, birth time or unknown-time selection, birthplace, traditional BaZi sex classification, and other information before ordering. If the birth time is unknown, the service may omit or limit time-dependent interpretation rather than invent missing data.

Personalized digital readings are generated specifically from the submitted birth profile. Delivery may occur through an order confirmation, email, and/or a private access link associated with your order. You are responsible for keeping private access links reasonably secure and for contacting us if you believe a link has been exposed or is not working.

We may update the calculation engine, wording, presentation, pricing, report structure, or available reading types over time. A purchased report may preserve the version generated for that order rather than automatically changing whenever the service is updated.

9Purple Insight content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save or print your own report for personal reference, but you may not resell, systematically reproduce, scrape, republish, or commercially distribute the service, report templates, calculation outputs, or proprietary presentation without permission.
